He has been mentioned a lot during the last few transfers windows and has apparently said he is going to be playing in Manchester next season with the confirmation of which side coming in the next few days, so which one do you think it will be or will there be a complete surprise which will see him join someone else?

I think it will be United purely because most think its going to be City and they are apparently huge favourites.

Also what does everyone think of him as a player? I have seen little of him as French football is very rarely on in Scotland.

Overrated a tad, definitely quality player though. Won't be worth the transfer fee by the looks of things & don't like how he's behaved with the hype around him. Much better young Belgians around, imo.

He has confirmed that his move will be to either City, United and now Chelsea but he will not accept a bit part role at any of these clubs.

This reminds me of the Milanista Giuseppe Rossi who was all for joining Milan until Inter showed interest. Being the gloryhunter he is, he says he'd not mind joining Inter (this was on his official twitter for a while until he took it down do to insults by yours truly and others). I don't see why he'd want to go to Chelsea really. With an ego like his, surely he'd want a recognisable kit number, they're filled by Mata, Torres and Ramires.

The team is situated around trying to make Torres score.
Mata's not going to be happy playing out of his favoured position just for a new signings sake.
The team is controlled by JT and Lampard.
Along with them finishing 6th in the League.

His only motivation must be the money. I'd personally like him at United but if we don't get him, there's always other players without an Ego who would fit it just as good.
