I hope it does, it does, other than the price seem like a Wenger signing too.

| It probably will. I really don't see any reason why it wouldn't other than Wenger deciding to be cheap. | |

| Yeah, hopefully he realises that Song is not good enough for us. We need a M'Vila, might make Vermaelen quite effective. As he can go forward without the problem of costing us goals. | |

| I like Song, he is more than good enough to be a squad player/backup if M'Vila does come. | |

I would play: Song - M'Vila Walcott - Wilshere - Podolski

| I would go
M'Vila
Wilshere Arteta
Theo Poldi
RVP
Bring Song on with 20 minutes to go to close out games and Gervinho on to run at tired defences

Yeah, very excited about it, especially if we can keep RvP.

| If you can't, is there any talk of a replacement? | |

I think we would then just push Poldi upfront and play with the same as we did this season, with the addition of M'Vila, this: M'Vila - Song Walcott - Wilshere - Gervinho Podolski Not really had any rumours of any other strikers, maybe Giroud?

| Giroud's a long shot imo. PSG will probably try to get him.
Huntelaar would be a lovely buy. Top goalscorer in the Bundesliga by quite a bit.

| I think Arsene Wenger knows he has to buy, and buy big because if they get 3rd again next season, RVP will be gone. Got to keep moving up. | |

| I'm actually surprised he's stayed, to be honest. He's going to be getting on a bit soon enough. | |

Huntelaar would be a lovely buy. Top goalscorer in the Bundesliga by quite a bit. Giroud just seems more Wengeresque, not saying that it will happen, as I doubt that it will.

| If this transfer happens at all, it will be after the 20th. Rennes play their last game Sunday. After RvP has decided his future.... Podolski in the kit: | |

Problem with KJH is he always underachieves the first season In fairness to him he didn't really get that much of a chance at Madrid or Milan. He only had about 20-25 games, not all of them would of been starts. I've just realised he's 28 as well, thought he was about 26.
