I remember when Lloris kept linking himself to us and pulled out when we actually made a deal because we weren't going to give him super high wages.

Peter Hill-Wood and Stan Kreonke are ruining Arsenal.

We currently have Stan Kreonke as majority shareholder (worth just over $1bn) and Alisher Usmanov who has just under 30% of our shares, not enough to get him on the board of directors is worth $12bn. In RVP's statement he basically said that Arsenal lacked ambition and that is why he is leaving. Usmanov the day after released a letter very cleverly promising everything that we wanted to hear, such as being able to compete financially with Manchester City. Being able to keep our best players, also slagging off Kreonke and Peter Hill-Wood.

PHW then released some REALLY weak statement saying that its not like we have been relegated.

Also, Kreonke has been majority shareholder for over a year now and has yet to invest a penny in Arsenal.

I heard AVB is wanting to sign Lloris. I'm not sure why he'd ever choose Tottenham though.

Also heard that Arsenal are interested in Jovetic, but he'd cost a pretty penny. One of Viola's core players (pretty much their best).

Arsène Wenger wants to show that we still have ambition by trying to sign a big player. Would prefer him not to. A couple of other good players for me. Dempsey and M'Vila and I am happy.

You should never go buying just to keep a player. A player should stay because he has passion for the club and if he doesn't then he should gtfo.
